Sigmoonda's(?) deviantart B-day is on the 15th(?) and since the excellent Sigmoonda is one of my best fan's, I will swiftly post the rest of the available work.
Sigmoonda, thank you for your attention and support SOOO much!! I am so happy to see that someone likes and enjoys and anticipates my work so much.
I want my next postings to be a good birthday gift. I don't have any of the pictorial key essays done, but I will post the JUDGEMENT, JUSTICE, EGO, 5 OF LEGS, 9 of TESSERACTS, PAGE OF LEGS, 9 OF SKULLS, and a few partial cards.
Happy d-Birthday, Sigmoonda.
My girlfriend and I had talked about how I should recognize your birthday. She suggested a drawing, which the mention of might inspire. (I might do a short series of greeting card-type works. The b-day card I would kick the series off with would be a nod, but belated.) And I had talked about finishing up the recently finished cards' essays. But, I've sort of decided that it would be a cooler gift to blitze up online all my newest shit and say to you, and everyone working on a deck too, that you should take your time and keep working.
I hope the gift doesn't seem too egotistical, like, "Hey, thanks for liking my art, isn't it cool?!" I genuinely appreciate your comments and continued attention and your dedication to your own work.
September 11th, 2010, I finished the Nine of Skulls, dedicating it to my dog. She chewed up the first drawing of the card, so I thought the dedication only apt.
I had a rule not to draw any borders during 2010, but when she ruined the first rendition of the 9, I decided to break the rule and fully restart and finish the card, and did so. This card has a different border than the rest, but I hope it will fit. (It does. Many will prefer the design.)
This card is in my top ten favorite, putting in my favorite third of what is so far finished.
I have caught a scan of both "final" drawings of it at about the same point, and just finished the drawing today. It was sort of the card of the year, picking up from last year's 6 months off.
The Sickly Tarot deck was started September 30th, 2007 -- so it's just a little younger than Sigmoonda.
Working on the Sickly Tarot has changed the way that I look at art in a way that I hope everyone's way of looking at art gets changed sometime in their lives.
Around this cusp of the Sickly calendar, I will try to finish, complete, document, and post as much, more, or better quality work than in the last six months or so. (Fingers crossed.)
As I would hope for EVERY ARTIST, this project WILL BE FINISHED.
Everyone: Do what you enjoy, and facilitate others doing so.

A quick line.
The Sickly Tarot is still going (and going).
Coming up on three and a half years of work. 36 cards and the back panel done. 4 more partial cards going, one near done. 10 borders hanging around ready. Slow, but sure.
Lately, I have been completing my 5 card back log and writing my back-logged pictorial key notes. (Tedious, yet exciting.) The official Sickly Pictorial Key -- introduction, key, appendices, and all -- is now at 71 pages in length. I finally actually have enough content to structure the document. Currently, I am attempting to limit the autobiographical references to a short account, in the back somewhere, in context of the work
It's a Wonderful Life
So, update.
Work is strange. Slow and fast. Partially on hold. Relocating to the first ever Sickly Den, with my sidekick, the Sickly Dog. It'll be kinda like the Batcave, in that respect. Yeah...
Also, I got one of my wishes: the Eight of Arms will be printed in a series of works opposing the death penalty, as a fundraiser for the West Memphis Three. I want everyone (especially YOU) to go order a set of these cards.
Go here, right now: http://www.elberachen.com/?p=2640
They are (I think) $20 apiece and (I think) over half the proceeds go to the West Memphis Three.
If you don't know about the West Memphis Three, PLEASE go HERE:

FREE THE GD WM3!!!!!!

Go here: http://www.wm3.org/ and make a fucking donation or I will be pissed off at you!
I can barely make rent, but I donated $10 last night. If you don't go help and support this, I might be inclined to think that you are chicken shit. Ignorance of these matters is the only excuse for it not breaking your heart.
PLEASE do anything you can, and there are plenty of ways to help these innocent men and to find justice for the three dead, innocent boys, and restore integrity to our legal system.
Don't be such a chicken shit.

Oh wow I wasn't expecting this, I had no idea when my account birthday was to be honest (my birthday birthday is in April, it's kind of cool that DA lets you know when your account birthday is now though).
I'm glad I'm of some help, I adore your work, it's beautiful and I love logging in and finding you've done another card
UPLOAD IT I don't find it egotistical a all I wanna see
Your dog is an art critic? Heh that's so cute. I can't wait to see the card.
You started in 2007? It doesn't seem that long ago, I've been here since 2005, that doesn't seem long ago either!
Oh I should be getting my laptop fixed within the next couple of weeks so I can get back into my images trapped on the hard drive and get back to work on my own deck (I have so many ideas right now).
Thank you again for the unexpected mention
PS. Don't know why I've never done this before but I'm sharing the link to your gallery on facebook
